Placing an Order
6.1 The following paragraphs explains how you can place an order for gods on this website and how the contract for the sale of goods between us is formed.
Step 1: Select your goods
Select the items you wish to purchase by navigating to them, selecting any options which are required and clicking 'Add to Basket'
Step 2: Review your Basket
By viewing your basket, you can review the products you have selected and if required amend the number of each in the basket as well as removing any unwanted items. Valid discount codes may be entered here, and by clicking 'Apply Voucher' the basket total will be amended. Shipping options and an estimate of their costs is available here as well as a summary of the order total with and without tax. You may continue to browse the store and add further items to your basket, or if satisfied you may proceed to the checkout.
Step 3: Checkout as Guest or Register / Login
If you have already registered with us, you may choose to login and use your existing details. If you have not registered with us you may now register to save your details for future use, or simply checkout as a guest and no details will be preserved.
Step 4: Billing and Delivery Information
If you are not registered with us you will be asked to provide a Billing Address and either use this as a Delivery Address or provide a separate Delivery Address. It is your responsibility to provide correct and accurate address details and we cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from your failure to provide accurate address details.
Step 5: Delivery Options
Depending on the contents of your order and your location, you will be offered one or more delivery options to select.
Step 6: Payment Details
Payment processing is managed by a number of secure external 3rd parties (PayPal and Barclaycard) and you will be offered one or more of these to complete the payment process at the end of the checkout.
Step 7: Review Your Order
In order to complete the order you will be required to show that you have read and agreed with these Terms and Conditions and that you have read the Returns Policy. You can then review the order including type and number of items, delivery options, tax and totals. The chosen payment method is also displayed in the right hand column.
When you click the 'Place Order' button you will be directed to the selected payment processors website to complete the payment process. Once this is complete you will be returned to our website where a confirmation page will let you know the state of the order.
Step 8: Order Confirmation
Once you have submitted an order, we will send you an acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This email acts simply as confirmation that your order has been submitted and will be processed by us, not that the order is confirmed or accepted.
6.2 Please note all orders are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not in stock. In this instance we will hold your order back until all the items are ready to dispatch unless you instruct us otherwise and will keep you informed throughout the order process. We will not send an item that you have not ordered as a replacement product unless you instruct otherwise. We accept no liability from our inability to supply goods which are not in stock.
6.3 Your order will be accepted and confirmed by us when the products have been dispatched. A further email will be sent to you when your ordered products have been dispatched. The contract between you and us will only be formed once you have received an email confirming dispatch of the order.
6.4 Please note we will not file a copy of the contract between us.
Pricing and Payment
7.1 The prices of the products and delivery charges are as published on the website at the time of your order. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT and are set in Pounds Sterling. Prices will be shown in either Pounds Sterling or Euros, where the price is Euros is calculated based on the latest exchange rates available to us. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.
7.2 We will normally check prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If there is a difference in the price between when you placed the order and when we ship it to you, we will contact you by telephone or email to ask if you wish to proceed. If we are unable to contact you within seven (7) calendar days using the personal information you provided to us, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.
7.3 If any products are incorrectly priced, and the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as mispricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
7.4 The price of the product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as quoted on our site from time to time. Click here to check the delivery charges.
7.5 You can only pay for your products by using a debit card, credit card or paypal. The cards we accept are shown at the time of ordering.
Returns and Refunds
8.1 You have the right to cancel the contract and demand a full refund (subject to certain exceptions stated below) for any reason up to 14 (fourteen) working days after you receive the goods. This is considered the “legal cancellation period”.
8.2 All products must be returned in the original packaging, in the condition they were received, unworn and with all tags attached. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.
8.3 Any refund made will be made on the credit card or debit card used at the time of ordering the products or by paypal. Refunds will usually be processed within 5 (five) working days of products being received back.
8.4 If the product is faulty or not as described, your legal rights are not affected by the above returns policy. Please say if you consider the products are faulty or not as described.

9.1 We will attempt to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date set out on the website, where references to working days in delivery estimates refers to any day except Sunday and Bank Holidays. If we’re unable to meet the estimated delivery date, then we will use reasonable effort to inform you of a revised estimated delivery date via the contact details you provided. You will have the right to cancel your order and to be refunded if you are not happy with the revised estimate delivery date.
9.2 We make no guarantee that goods will be delivered to you in one delivery and reserve the right to deliver your goods in multiple consignments.
9.3 Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to you or a person identified by you to the address you gave to us.
9.4 The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery being attempted.
9.5 You will own the products when we have received payment in full for the products, including any delivery charges.
9.6 If the goods or quantities which you receive are in error, you should not use any goods you intend to return and inform us as soon as you become aware of the error via the contact details in Clause 8.5. We will reimburse any delivery costs you incur in returning goods sent in error, however we ask that you inform us first before returning the goods.
9.7 As we use a number of delivery operators the method and means of delivery will vary depending on the operator and the nature of the goods ordered.
9.8 *Christmas Orders and Deliveries – All orders requiring delivery in time for Christmas (Friday 23rd December) MUST be received by 5pm on Monday 12th December. Items that are in stock with our suppliers will be delivered by 23rd December. Every effort will be made to make Christmas Delivery where stock is available, out of stock items will not be guaranteed for Christmas delivery but every effort will be made to try and deliver in time. Orders received after 5pm on the 12th December will not be guaranteed for Christmas delivery but will still be processed.
Overseas orders to EU and non-EU countries
10.1 Some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. You are responsible for checking with local customs authorities before placing an order for international delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for any delay or failure in the product reaching you due to any customs, legal or regulatory restrictions. We may at our discretion refuse to process an order for any product if we believe that delivery may be subject to any restriction in the destination country.
10.2 Please note that for some international deliveries, any manufacturer warranty may not be valid, manufacturer service offerings may not be available, product manuals, instructions and safety warning may not be in destination country languages and products and their accompanying materials may not be in accordance with specific standards, specifications and labelling requirements in the jurisdiction of delivery. We do not accept any liability for any loss or liability caused due to these circumstances, including (without limitation) any delay or failure in delivery. If you have any questions on this, please raise them with us before placing your order.
10.3 You are responsible for ensuring that the product you have ordered can be lawfully imported in to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You are advised to make any necessary checks before ordering.
10.4 Our products are shipped from the UK and sold on an unpaid Delivery Duty basis. With this in mind, please be aware that you may have to pay Import Duty or a Formal Customs Entry Fee upon, or prior to, delivery. If you're unsure how this will affect the overall cost of your order, please check your Local Legislation rules.
10.5 Please note, we will be complying with English law on data protection, privacy and marketing which may differ from the law in the jurisdiction of delivery. We will store and process your personal data in accordance with our.
Age Restrictions/Product Restrictions
11.1 Some items we stock carry age restrictions. Knives, Deer Preparation Tools and some Gun Tools can only be purchased if the person is over the age of 18. At the time of purchase you will be required confirm that you are/over the legal age to purchase that particular item. You will also be asked to enter your date of birth.
11.2 All orders for age restricted items are processed by credit card only. Our sales representative will make the relevant checks to ensure that the items are ONLY dispatched to the card holders registered address. We also reserve the right to carry out additional age verification checks, you may be asked to provide a copy via email/scanner of your passport/drivers license or other valid photo ID.
11.3 Please be aware that falsifying your age declaration on the order is a serious legal offence.
11.4 Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to ship certain items such as Knives outside of the UK.

12.1 Whilst we do take all reasonable steps to make sure that the information on this website is up to date and accurate at all times we do not guarantee that all material is accurate and ,or up to date.
12.2 All material contained on this Website is provided without any or warranty of any kind. You use the material on this Website at your own discretion.
Exclusion Of Liability
13.1 We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this Website.
14.1 Each of the paragraphs of these terms operate separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
Third Party Rights
15.1 The contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms and the contract cannot be assigned or sub-contracted to anyone else.
16.1 No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any other breach.
17.1 These terms govern our relationship with you. Any changes to these terms must be in writing and signed by both parties as we can then avoid any problems arising about what we and you are expected to do. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept these terms, you have not relied on any statement save those which are a term of this contract and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any such statement. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation.
