Returns and Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or you wish to change it, we will gladly refund any unopened and unused items within 14 (fourteen) days. If you require an exchange for a different size/colour you will need to make a new purchase on line, please return the original purchase back to us within 28 days of purchase and we will process the relevant refund.

Follow these easy steps:

Email us on [email protected] or call us on 01889 563236, between the office hours 9:00 – 17:00, and we will provide you with a returns number. *Please note that goods returned to us without a returns number will take longer to process.

Using the same parcel that the goods arrived in, pack the item(s) to include all the original packaging, your invoice and the returns number given to you.

Return the parcel back to us at the following address:

*All goods are returned at your own risk and cost and we strongly recommend that you send your returned goods by a recorded delivery method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items
  • Special order items
  • Goods damaged in your possession
  • Additional postal services (e.g. Next day delivery)
  • Items which due to their use can come into direct contact with the body (e.g. whistles & calls, ear plugs, base layers, cleaning care equipment, socks)

Sale Items

Goods, which are discounted in a sale or other form of promotion are non-refundable however goods which are discounted can be returned for an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Cancellations

In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have a '7 day cooling off period' (from the day after you receive the goods) where you can cancel your contract with us and any monies debited will be refunded in full including delivery charges.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

On the rare occasion of an item(s) being faulty or not what you ordered please contact us as soon as you receive the goods on 01889 563236 (during office hours of 9:00 - 17:00) and we will provide you with a returns number. Please then post the item(s) back to us, following the Returns and Exchange guidelines above.In the event that we have supplied an incorrect/damaged item(s), we will refund the cost of the return postage to the value of recorded delivery. We cannot refund additional postage charges above this level of service and we will organise the replacement or repair.Technical clothing items are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a minimum of 12 months. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time.

Please note that the merchandise will be returned to the manufacturer for detailed assessment of the fault so that any such problems may be overcome in future, this may cause a slight delay in the assessment process.

With our high level of service, complaints are extremely rare, however should you feel unsatisfied with anything that we have done then please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
